Chromium is directly plated on metal like chemical nickel. Its adhesion is perfect (heat shock test to 400°C).

  • Unchroming

Chrome plating alone would be nothing if we could not unchrome without damaging the support. DYSPRAL process guarantees this operation and allows us to assure you a complete quality service..

  • Its applications

This kind of chrome plating fits all kind of aluminum moulds. Its applications are numerous for small and medium batch productions: RTM, RIM, contact, thermoplastic injection (polished ice) and thermo set molding.

Grained moulds are a good example: hard chrome plating permits to retain the grain quality facilitating chrome-free treatment.

This technical increases considerably your tools efficiency in term of durability.
